I think that Matt Convente’s personal website is very well designed. It is simple and easy to navigate. He has a navigation on the left side of the website that always remains on the page. This navigation makes it easy to view Matt’s work. When visiting the website, the viewer does not have to scroll to find information, which makes the navigation easier. His artwork is in categories two categories: print and photography. The photography section consists of black and white photographs, while his graphic design pieces are under the print category. In addition to pieces done in school in the print category, Matt also includes work done at his various internships. When clicking on one of his pieces there is an option to zoom in and look at the piece more closely. This feature is particularly useful when looking at the photographs and images that have small type. On the left navigation there is also a links titled “about”, “contact”, and “links”. Matt’s resume can be downloaded in the about me section.
